Javalution Introduces New Direct Selling Platform for JavaFit Brand
Javalution Coffee Company, a fully-vertical coffee roasting and distribution company, has re-launched its JavaFit brand through a new selling process. The company has renovated its sales structure, back end support mechanism, compensation platform and training processes.
Javalution has made all these changes based on the advice of its alliance partner Richmont Holdings. Richmont's information technology team led the re-launch project, which went live last week.
JavaFit has adopted a streamlined, uni-level compensation plan to pay its Independent Coffee Brokers.
Javalution CEO Dave Briskie said simplifying the company's compensation plan makes JavaFit even more attractive as a direct sales opportunity.
"We have the best coffee in the world. We want to make it easy for people to sell it to their friends as well as to commercial customers. Our improved sales platform lets us do that, and our new tag line gets right to the essence of what we're selling," Briskie said.
